The incident took place on Sept. 8, when Rivera was arrested at Miley’s home after making his way onto her property and claiming to be her husband. The 19-year-old starlet was fortunately not home at the time, though someone else was, and that person phoned police.

Rivera pleaded not guilty to the charges last month. “I would say delusional is a good characterization of him,” Lt. Brian Wendling told E! News after Rivera’s arrest.

He has been in jail since his September arrest with bail set at $100,000. Rivera is set to be sentenced later today."

The Jonas Brothers debuted new songs at their Radio City Music Hall concert, including Wedding Bells, sung by Nick Jonas.

Check out the Wedding Bells lyrics and all signs point to it being penned about Miley!

We know Niley is a long-gone thing of the past, but Nick poured his heart out in the new song about Miley getting married to Liam Hemsworth.

Does this mean Nick still loves Miley? Does it mean he doesn’t want her to get married?

With lyrics that include “If you recall our anniversary falls eleven nights in June,” you know Nick is referencing his relationship with Miley (Niley fans know their anniversary is June 11!).

Let’s look at it in context though–before singing Wedding Bells, Nick told the crowd, “You have to write a song and apologize for it later… I don’t know that I’ve ever written a song that makes me as uncomfortable as this song does… and although it’s not the way I feel at this moment in time, hopefully this gives you a glimpse into what that experience was like for me.”

So, it was just his feelings “in that moment”–we’re guessing he’s moved on, but it made for some great song lyrics, right?"

"Looks like Miley’s new cropped locks isn’t the only thing causing her to turn heads. On September 21, 2012 Miley Cyrus was snapped on the red carpet for the “I Heart Music Festival.” The head turning look Miley opted to go for has the internet buzzing since being called “best dressed” by some cast members on a recent episode of “Fashion Police.” According to Eonline, Miley attended the festival in Las Vegas wearing “a sheer black crop-top, silver pencil skirt, Moschino leopard print belt and matching pumps.”

Although nothing about that look sticks out as particularly noteworthy, the way in which the former Hannah Montana star paired the pieces seems to have impressed the Fashion Police crew. Melissa Rivers, daughter of Joan Rivers and cast member of the show, is reported as saying “I have to give it to her. She has become a gorgeous woman”.
