"Life is too short not to be with the person you want to be with, I don’t really care about the wedding or the piece of paper as much as I do the promise we’ve made to each other. And we want to have a long engagement. When he first moved to America, he didn’t have any family here, so our family became his. This [house] is where all our memories are being made.”

När Marie Claire frågade om förlovningen sade Miley:

I had no input. We’d been kind of talking about [förlova oss], and I saw something like it online at one point and thought it was really pretty, but I usually wear rose gold. I just love that it’s old and has a story. And I’m happy because it doesn’t look like anything else I wear.”

Som ni vet jobbar Miley på ett nytt album och när tidningen frågade om Mileys kommande musik berättade hon att hennes gamla fans kanske kommer bli besvikna, men hon bryr sig inte "I don’t need the money. I don’t care if I make a dime on this. Let me make a good record. I got in there with Pharrell, and it was magic. Oh, dude, I’m so happy."

MC celebuzz intervju från 27 juni

Bravo intervju :)

BRAVO: Miley, a lot of people are worried about you because you lost a lot of weight recently…
Miley: I love that my fans think about me. But I’m healthier than ever! I’m neither anorexic nor do I have psychological problems or cut myself. Really, I’m as fit as a fiddle and in a great mood!
BRAVO: Do these rumors bother you?
Miley: No. I learned that it is irrelevant what I do – somebody will take offense anyway. If I loose a few pounds because I changed my diet, I’m anorexic. When I used to have a few pounds more, I was called fat. If I have sex, I’m a slut. If I don’t have sex, I’m a loser. What’s up with that? Therefore I live my life how I want – and I am happy with it. If this bother somebody he has to cope with that himself.
BRAVO: Still you sound a bit upset…
Miley: No, I am really not. I learned a lot about that from my boyfriend Liam. He is really calm – he doesn’t get upset easily. I admire that and try to live according to that.
BRAVO: So what does Liam say about your new body?
Miley: Liam is happy because I feel better now than before. He supported me to change my diet. My doctor diagnosed that I have a Gluten intolerance. It is a protein that some people can’t digest.
BRAVO: So what’s on your diet now?
Miley: Primarily fish, chicken, salad and fruits – and some red meat from time to time. But not fried, only cooked or grilled. And I don’t eat white bread, only gluten-free wholewheat bread.
BRAVO: There’s not only trouble in real life, though. In your new movie “LOL” you play the 16 year old Lola, who has a lot of problems herself.
Miley: Yes! Lola is a typical teenager. I think a lot of girls can identify with her. And the boys who will see the movie can learn a lot from her about girls (laughs).
BRAVO: Lola has her first sex in the movie and is afraid to talk about it with her mother. Did you tell your mother everything you did with your friend in the bedroom?
Miley: I probably told my mom more than what she wanted to know (laughs). I’m really lucky, me and my mother, we were always close. I never had to keep secrets from her.
BRAVO: Your mother is also the producer of the movie and your boss. Does this work on set?
Miley: Sometimes it’s a pain (laughs). I can’t stand when she tells me: ‘Do the scene again like this and this.’ Then I tell her: ‘Mom, you’re not an actor, leave it to me and the director.’ But it’s ok that she is there on set – we trust each other hundred percent. That is a nice feeling, because trust is really important in our business – and not something that can be taken for granted.

Mc i en tysk intervju

Intervjuare: She obviously doesn’t want to be a cute teenager anymore as you can see by her new nose piercing. Miley is here to promote her new movie LOL which means Laughing Out Loud but in the interview Miley never laughs. She looked really self-controlled and professional. There has to be a lot of pressure on Miley as a teen – idol.

Miley: The money you gain is a type of compensation for all the hate on the internet and for the paparazzi. You can buy yourself a big house but you’re not able to leave it because as soon as you are out on the streets, its like you’re under fire.

Intervjuare: You can see how hard Miley has struggled with this in the last couple of months. Some people say The Ex-Hannah Montana Star is about to turn into a bitch. Sometimes she doesn’t wear any underwear, sometimes she swears at the paparazzi.

Miley (to paparazzi): Fuck off you dirty fucking pigs!

Intervjuare: Last month pictures shocked us when we saw bruises on Miley’s arms, this proves that Miley has self-harmed. Also Miley looks like she is anorexic. The 19-year old girl says that all these rumors hurt her.

Miley: If I loose weight, I’m anorexic. If I gain weight, I’m fat. People often forget how hard it is when everybody judges you. There are a lot of people who can’t get along with this and break down because of that.

Intervjuare: Demi Moore who plays Miley’s mother in the movie, that comes out May 31st, was about to break down because of that. She of all the people, who just went into a rehab center, is Miley’s role model.

Miley: She’s unbelievable great and she’s my mentor. She has been doing this job for years now and nothing’s gonna knock her down.

Folk hackar på henne så otroligt mycket och när hon skriker på Paparazzin har de kommit ovanligt nära.

Coolt. Miley intervjuar Joan Jett inför V magazine

MILEY: People see me as this perfect Disney star, and the moment I put out a record that says, “I’m not 11-years-old anymore,” people look down on me. That’s why I’ve always looked up to you. When you came out, people were shocked that there was a chick who wanted to rock as hard as the guys.

Joan Jett:
I find it really fascinating why the Runaways and I took so much shit in the beginning. We sang about what we knew: going out, hanging out, partying, falling in love, and learning about sex. And we weroprae lambasted for it! How dare girls think about sex? Now it’s all anybody in the top ten sings about.

Miley Cyrus:
I guess women can sing a lot more freely now, but it’s also about who can push the limits the most. As much as times have changed, people still look down on women who stand for something. Sometimes I’m listening to the radio, and I’m like, Who the hell is this? It sounds like the last thing I heard.

Joan Jett:
The fans are willing to give artists a shot at experimentation, it’s more the industry that won’t allow it. In my day it was, “We won’t play two women in a row,” no matter what kind of music it was

Miley Cyrus:
There has been nothing I’ve ever heard you say that I didn’t believe. You were always very genuine. I always connected to that. We all have that commercial song that everyone loves, but every song on the album shouldn’t be only about that. I can listen to your albums and feel like I know you, or like I’ve met you.

Joan Jett:
I think the trick is making sure you’re always making the music not only for yourself, but for the fans. Hopefully, Miley, you’ve learned that from me.

Miley Cyrus:
More than that, also knowing how to treat people. I always get nervous to meet somebody who I look up to because you’re like, “Shit, what if they’re not as cool in person, what if they’re not really what they sing about?” I think the reason I love you even more now that we’ve met is that everything you sing about in your songs is who you really are. You see it in the way an artist treats people when they’re not on stage.

Joan Jett:
Thank you. I have to thank the parents for that. It is important how you treat people. If you have an interaction with a fan, whether it’s from the stage and it’s the meeting of the eyes or a smile, or if you meet someone and shake hands and sign an autograph, those are moments that they remember forever. If you’re nice and you’re kind and you’re caring—oh my God, that’s never going to be forgotten! But if you’re a bitch and you have better things to do, they remember that too. That’s not how I want to be remembered, because it’s not who I am.

Miley Cyrus:
I was just another fan of yours when we met. Listening to your albums can help a person through a little bit of everything

Joan Jett:
I was watching your dad on TV. He was doing an interview and talking about you and your family and your career. You’d been in the press a lot lately, and I was thinking to myself about my own life and how difficult it must be to live your life as a teenager with the paparazzi and the amount of press you’re surrounded by. I thought to myself, Wow, it was kind of a blessing that we didn’t have that stuff when I was growing up in the Runaways, because I just don’t know how I would have dealt with it.

Miley Cyrus: I was listening to the Runaways a lot because of what you were talking about and the way that I felt, and the things that I wanted to say but couldn’t because people would have looked down on me. It gave me a lot of help and a lot of light when I was going through a lot of stuff with my family and everything was so public in my life. I saw the Runaways movie with my brother for his birthday, and that was the moment I felt like, Shit, they were going through the same things I was going through but at a different time.

Joan Jett:
But we didn’t have to deal with the cameras. I’m thinking, you poor thing! If you make a mistake, it’s public, and you’ve got to live with it for the rest of your life. People never don’t make mistakes. People do. I mean, it’s life. You’re living life, that’s what happens. It’s fascinating to think that you grow up in that.

Miley Cyrus:
And you have to apologize. I love that you never apologized for who you were. It’s something I’ve had to learn. When you do something the world doesn’t agree with, to say, “I’m really sorry, it was a big mistake, and I hope you guys can forgive me.” Forget that! You want to forgive yourself and you owe an apology to the people around you who love you, but I’m sick of feeling as if I owe someone an apology for being who I am.

Joan Jett:
It’s also ridiculous to think that teenagers are the same across the board. There are girls and boys who go through a lot of these issues, and I think it’s disrespectful to them to pretend they don’t exist. Whether you’re talking about sex, whether to have it, how to do it properly, or drugs, all that stuff. You want kids to be smart. People in my day weren’t even allowing us to bring it up. It was like, Girls don’t do that. So how can you even deal with that besides rolling your eyes and playing a loud chord?
